The role

You are the cornerstone of our communication. Every call, email and text that comes in reaches you first, and you keep things moving smoothly and kindly between Aspect, our customers and the crew. For most people who contact us, you are the first voice they associate with the company.

What you will do

• Be the primary contact for all incoming calls, emails and texts across our business channels
• Route communication to the right people, including Jacob, Aran and the regional leads
• Use the sales training we provide to engage clients well and support the sales side
• Build and hold positive relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders
• Coordinate travel and logistics for meetings, conference calls and video calls
• Keep communication clear inside the company, and the working environment a good one
• Stay flexible on hours; some days run past a normal office day to meet client needs

What we look for

• Technical skills. Comfortable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer service. You handle client interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability. Job demands change and so does the schedule.
• Organisation. Strong planning skills with solid analytical, creative and problem-solving instincts.
• Independence. You work on your own and handle situations with diplomacy and patience.
• Calm under pressure. Things go sideways in a season. You stay level.
• Professionalism. You represent Aspect on every call, valuing diversity, inclusion and excellence.

Good to know

• Remote, but heavily integrated with everyday company operations
• Ideally you are in the GTA so you can join our in-person team events
• Occasional extended hours to accommodate client needs and operations

Pay

• Around $3,000 to $3,500 per month CAD
• Plus commission on sales generated through calls, emails and other channels

Where it goes

We reward the people who make the season work. This is still a young company, so there is real room to grow into more responsibility and stay on beyond a single summer if you want it.
